Usage
Remove all packaging. Cook directly from frozen. Oven-bake: Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees C. Place fish fingers on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for approximately 11 minutes. Turn halfway through the cooking time. Air-fry: Pre-heat air-fryer to 200 degrees C. Place 8 fish fingers in the basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Air-fry for 6 to 7 minutes. Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add fish fingers and cook over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Turn frequently. All appliances vary in performance. Instructions are only a guide.
Storage
Uncooked – keep frozen (-18 degrees C). Do not refreeze after defrosting.
