Usage

Twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth. 20 ml dose, equivalent to 4 teaspoons Rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds Use undiluted Do not swallow. For persons aged 12 years and older Refrain from eating and drinking for half an hour post rinsing
